In the BioTechnology workshop we do experiments, cultures and even make a low cost electronic microscope which allows us to discover the microscopic world, write about it and capture it on video.

The children then take their microscope home so they can carry on fuelling their curiosity.

In the Astronomy workshop where we observe planets and stars, we design and create galaxies,, planets and solar systems, and most important of all they learn our universe’s hidden secrets.

In the Gastro Science workshop children learn the relationship between science and gastronomy by making different recipes.

From making bread from our own sourdough to baking chocolate cake even recipes using dried ice or using a molecular cooker via esterifications in flavours and colours.
