Degree in Psychology from University of Santiago de Compostela in 2013, certified love of food which began the day she started to eat with her hands.
Food is one of my greatest passions which led me to create my own recipe blog. Chocolate fairy cakes in 2010 was a project which allowed me to develop my cooking skills and learn a lot about gastronomy. This gave me the ability to be creative and innovative in the kitchen especially baking. Via this project I have been able to participate and collaborate with different initiatives, events and brands. I also won the gluten free baking competition organized by Curtidoria.
A well known restaurant in Santiago de Compostela. Currenlty I’m collaborating with the radio programme “Come e Fala” (“Eat and talk”) providing a different perspective on gastronomy.
