BioTecnology camp
Age: + 6 years
Duration: 5 days
Key competences: knowledge and interaction with the physical world
In this camp science is the main focus. The campers learn all about the microscopic world, botany, ecology and recycling.
To do this they make seed bombs which are used to repopulate mountains, creating their own cultures, they analyse samples and even build their own microscope which they can use to continue to forment their curiosity at home.
Gastro Science camp
Age: + 6 years
Duration: 5 days
Key competences: knowledge and interaction with the physical world
In the Gastro Science Camp we alternate between the practical parts of cooking with a scientific explanation of the process so children know the why of things.
Creativity in the kitchen, trompe l’oeil, esterification , 3D printing of biscuits and much more during this delicious camp.
Space camp
Age: + 8 years
Duration: 2 – 4 hours
Key competences: knowledge and interaction with the physical world
This amazing experience which over 600 children in Galicia has experienced.
The aspiring astronauts learn everything about space exploration. They complete their training by participating in different activities from creating their own space food to space robotics.
They even learn to programme a river to explore, their own rocket and simulate space exploration in the international space station using virtual reality.
